Terms & Conditions

• Minimum term of 3 months required for any package
• Design of the website remains our ownership unless purchased outright after the first year
• Customer must provide content for each page as well as images. We can direct customers to sites where stock images can be downloaded for use commercially free of charge
• For e-commerce, product creation and inclusion is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer.
• Where we provide a free .co.uk domain name, this will remain in our ownership unless the customer purchases the domain name (chargable at a £20 transfer fee)
• We recommend that for our Ecommerce package, customers purchase a more secure SSL certificate (chargeable at £24.99 per year)
• Help and assistance outside of the design build and hosting (such as email setup on devices and product creation) is chargeable at £25 per hour, with a minimum of an hour’s charge being applicable
